Secure school entry

Choose how you’re entering LearningOS

Google verifies the signed-in account; LearningOS then applies the selected school’s approved email policy and confirms the exact role from that school’s server-side roster before opening private data. If an account belongs to more than one authorized school, the school must be selected explicitly.

Google + school roster + role scope

Continue as Student

Use your school-authorized Google account. Personal or unrelated work domains cannot enter a school workspace unless that school explicitly approves the domain and the server roster authorizes the account.

How secure school and role detection works

Current Liwa policy: strict student-ID and staff-name conventions remain supported, including 185801lis@liwaschool.com. The roster still confirms the exact learner, grade and classes.

Additional schools: a school can explicitly approve its own email domain. Domain approval establishes school-account provenance only; it never decides Student, Teacher or Administrator privilege.

Roles & multiple schools: the server roster is authoritative. If an account belongs to multiple schools, the chosen school must already be an active authorized scope, and choosing Administrator can never promote an account.

Authentication alone does not unlock school classes or teacher data. Learning OS requires its own authorized school membership and role scope.

More than a chatbot

Every major area should lead to an action.

LearningOS is designed around the human learning workflow: ask → understand → practice → create → submit → receive feedback → improve. The product centers reasoning, communication, evidence, creativity, multimedia and teacher judgment.

Clickable Grade 9–12 Classes

32 school class shells with class hubs, activities, AI context and evidence.

Teacher AI Studio

Create controlled tutors, practice, assignments, debates, quizzes, projects and game experiences.

Evidence Gradebook

Role-aware Workspace

Private by Design

The school workspace stays invite-only and server-authorized even when the portal is discoverable.

Responsible rollout

Powerful does not mean uncontrolled.

Real school launch still requires identity provisioning, policy approval, moderation escalation, privacy documentation, retention settings and independent testing. LearningOS does not claim school, ADEK or Ministry approval unless documented.
