- • Profile information: Your full name, optional grade/study level, learning interests, AI familiarity, language/profile preferences, and any other optional profile fields you choose to provide if enabled.
- • Learning progress: Lesson and video progress, knowledge checks, module assessment results, XP, streaks, and achievement badges.
- • Project submissions: Your Final Innovation Project answers, uploaded evidence, demo links, review status, score, and feedback.
- • Messages: Contact-form messages, authenticated support conversations you choose to send, and private academy notices sent directly to your account by an administrator.
How We Use Your Information

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Student private information is never displayed publicly. Only administrators can access student data for educational support purposes.
Certificate Information
Certificate verification pages display your name, program name, completion date, and certificate ID. They do not display your email, school, grade, or other private information.
Your Rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data. Signed-in learners can permanently delete their account and associated academy records directly from Account & Privacy. You can also contact us through the contact page for privacy-related questions.
Independent Initiative
Future AI Academy is an independent educational initiative. We do not claim legal certifications, government approvals, or accreditations that have not been obtained.
